Cape Canaveral Space Force Base, Fla., USA — Nov 03, 2025 — Exolaunch, a global leader in launch mission management, satellite integration and deployment services, has successfully deployed 13 customer satellites into a mid-inclination orbit on SpaceX's Bandwagon-4 rideshare mission. The Falcon 9 rocket lifted-off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Base in Florida on November 1st. This mission represents Exolaunch's ninth launch of 2025 and its 40th overall, underscoring the company's consistent record of precise, regular and reliable access to space.

Exolaunch's payload deployments included 13 satellites for customers from Czechia, Finland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and more. The satellites support diverse objectives — spanning Earth observation, IoT connectivity and science and technology demonstration. Exolaunch used its flight-proven CarboNIX separation systems, EXOpod Nova CubeSat deployers and modular multi-satellite adapter EXOport to successfully deploy the satellites safely into orbit.

Exolaunch also debuted its new, stiffer, scalable and more capable deployment system, CarboNIX NEO, which successfully deployed a customer microsatellite on the mission. CarboNIX NEO is based on the flight-proven CarboNIX and is an off-the-shelf separation system available in 8-inch, 15-inch, 24-inch, 31.6-inch and 38.81-inch sizes for spacecraft up to 1,000 kilograms. While maintaining the same lock mechanism and pusher-arm design as CarboNIX, NEO introduces a reinforced clamp-ring system to withstand the highest environmental launch loads. Exolaunch is set to deploy dozens of customer satellites with CarboNIX NEO in the coming months.

Having deployed satellites on every Bandwagon and Transporter mission since the rideshare program's inception, Exolaunch continues its extensive, long-term collaboration with SpaceX. Notably, the Bandwagon-4 mission took place ahead of SpaceX's Transporter-15 launch, Exolaunch's largest to date, carrying 58 satellites for 30 commercial, institutional and government customers from 16 countries aboard a Falcon 9 rocket.
With every successfully executed mission, Exolaunch is uniquely positioned as the launch integrator of choice for satellite constellations deployment at global scale.
