Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif., USA — Aug 26, 2025 — Exolaunch, a global leader in launch mission management, satellite integration and deployment services, has successfully deployed satellites for Capella Space, Pixxel, and an undisclosed U.S. commercial customer on the National Advanced Optical System (NAOS) rideshare mission with SpaceX. NAOS is part of Luxembourg's dual-use governmental observation satellite system, LUXEOSys, launched from Vandenberg Space Launch Complex, California.

Successfully deployed payloads on the NAOS mission underscore Exolaunch's growing role in advancing the world's most sophisticated Earth observation constellations:

  • Capella Space — Second Exolaunch launch for Capella, following the successful deployment of Acadia-5 on Transporter-11 in 2024;

  • Pixxel — Three new Firefly satellites deployed, building on four previously launched with Exolaunch and fueling Pixxel's rapid hyperspectral imaging constellation growth;

  • Undisclosed U.S. Commercial Customer — Two satellites deployed via Exolaunch's CarboNIX separation systems under a dedicated hardware and integration services contract.

Exolaunch continues to distinguish itself and set industry standards by providing launch capacity and turnkey integration services, not only for established constellations, but also for leading venture-backed startups building their first constellations, cutting-edge research institutions, and emerging space nations entering orbit for the first time. This unique customer mix reflects the company's flexibility and trusted expertise in enabling diverse missions worldwide.

Building on this foundation, Exolaunch has secured long-term launch access through multi-year agreements with SpaceX, extending the companies' collaboration into the next decade. These contracts ensure reliable capacity across a broad set of orbital profiles — from sun-synchronous to dawn-dusk and high-inclination orbits — and reinforce Exolaunch's unmatched track record as the only integrator with payloads manifested on every SpaceX Transporter mission since the program's inception in 2020.

Exolaunch is gearing up for its next record-setting rideshare mission later this year.
